  1. 3 lbs. ground chuck
  2. 2 eggs (beaten)
  3. ½ cup milk
  4. ¾ cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  5. 3 tsp. onion powder
  6. 1 tsp. salt
  7. ½ tsp. garlic
  8. ¼ tsp. pepper
Sauce ...if you love a good sauce like our family does... you can double it
  1. ½ cup ketchup
  2. ¼ cup brown sugar
  3. ¼ cup water
  1. Mix the eggs, milk, breadcrumbs and seasonings together in a small bowl.
  2. Add mixture to 3 lbs. ground chuck and mix very well.
  3. Form into a meatloaf and place in a roaster or casserole dish. (Something that will later hold sauce.)
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until cooked through and browned VERY well.
  5. While meatloaf is cooking, prepare sauce.
  6. Once meatloaf is done, pour grease out of meatloaf pan.
  7. Slice meatloaf and pour sauce over meatloaf slices.
  8. Put back in over for 10 - 15 minutes.
  9. ENJOY!!
  1. You can use a leaner meat, but you will lose some flavor.
  2. You can use any brand, but Italian style breadcrumbs are best.
