It's true, I'm guilty...I love to cook! Is it that I enjoy doing it or is it that I like the expressions on the faces as they enjoy it? Not sure, I guess a little of both. My love affair with cooking started many years ago, I guess you could say by force. Russ & I found ourselves living overseas in Estonia and I really didn't have a clue how to cook. Good bye box mixes and condensed soup...now what am I to do? Well, necessity is the mother of invention and I simply began. Now, I couldn't imagine my life without it and all the warmth cooking brings to our home. Like anything, it get's easier with time. Somehow we have lost the art of gathering our family around the table and sharing a moment, but I hope these simple recipes makes it's easy for you to ring the dinner bell at your home.Be sure to check out one of my favorite pages on this whole site, "world faves".
