We had these yummy waffles when we visited the Yanney family in Sioux City, Iowa! Trish whipped these up for all of us one Saturday morning, which left me craving waffles every time the weekend rolls around!

Banana Pecan Waffles
Write a review
  1. 2 cups Original Bisquick mix
  2. 1 1/3 cups milk
  3. 1 egg
  4. 2 tbls vegetable oil
  5. 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  6. 2 bananas, diced
  7. your favorite syrup!
  1. Simply mix together the Bisquick, milk, egg & oil. The batter may still be a little lumpy. Next, prepare your waffle griddle with whatever grease you prefer. Then, pour waffle impressions half way full & sprinkle with bananas & pecans before filling the rest of the way. Now, follow the directions for your griddle, cooking approximately 5 minutes.
  1. Top these steamy waffles with the remaining pecans & bananas. Then, pour on your favorite warm syrup. Mmmm... that's all I have to say. Plus, a big thanks to Trish for always making our times together so special!
